With Spectora Advanced, you can see Agent-specific reports with just a few clicks! These reports can show you new agents, top agents, and more. Keep reading to see what reports you have available at your fingertips.


How to Find Agent Reports:

You can find these reports (and more!) in your Data Exports. In this section, you'll see step-by-step how to navigate to the Data Exports.

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top right

  2. Click "Data Exports" in the dropdown menu

  3. You'll see "Agent Reports" at the bottom of the page

  4. Click on each report link to filter, sort, and export the data


Now let's dive into what each report is built for!

Agent-Specific Reports:

We have 5 agent-specific reports available to Advanced users:

  • New Agents: lists any agents that have done their 1st inspection within a given period.

  • Inactive Agents: lists any agents that have become inactive within a given period but were active in a previous period.
    ​

  • Top Agents: lists top agents by revenue.
    ​

  • Top Agencies: lists top agencies by revenue.
    ​

  • Top Agent Teams: lists top agent teams by revenue.
    ​

These reports come with full support for searching, filtering by tag, sorting, and exporting.


How to Use Agent Reports

Utilizing Agent Reports is an easy way to see which agents or agencies bring in the most business for you. You can use this data to see who deserves a big thank you or see which agencies you might need to chat with to further your business relationship. In this section, you'll see how to pull up a report and apply filters like tags or terms.

  1. Select your report from the Data Exports page - we'll use "Top Agents" for this example

  2. Select your preferred date range in the dropdown menu

  3. Or you can use a custom time frame with the "Start Date" and "End Date" options

  4. Select any contact tags you'd like for filtering

  5. You can also add a "Search Term" for further filtering

  6. Click "Run Report"

  7. Your report data will show below the "Run Report" button when it's complete


Frequently Asked Questions

  • Will Agents be able to access this?

    • No, Agents cannot access these reports.
