How to Use Advanced Custom Data Exports
How to Use Advanced Custom Data Exports
In the new Reporting section of Spectora, you will find a tab labeled Custom Export.
From this screen, you can now build out a personalized export using any of the data points in the selector and then filter (if you choose to) to further tailor your export to your needs.

Click your name in the top right corner
Click "Reporting" in the dropdown menu
Click "Custom Export"
Click "Add Custom Export"
Select which information you want to include in your export
Click "Next" once you've selected your information
You'll then set your filters
First, set your date range filter
Then select if you want to include inspections that have been deleted, archived, canceled, confirmed, paid, and/or published
You can also filter by specific inspectors, services, or add-ons
Once you've set your filters, click "Next"
If you plan on running this report more than once, you can save it as a named report
Click "Run Export"
Click "Download File"
