With Advanced Agent Profiles, you can easily track and analyze each agent’s performance and communication history to pinpoint top performers, nurture stronger, more personalized relationships, and ultimately drive more agent referrals. Overview
Clicking "View" on an agent contact will take you to the agent's contact page. At the top of the agent contact page you'll see a broad overview of the agent information, like UUID, agency, last inspection date, first inspection date, total revenue etc.
In the right hand corner you can click "View Change Log" to see details on changes made to the agent contact. Here you'll also the "Edit" button you can click the edit the agent contact.
In the box below this you have options to click through various time frames for their revenue and inspection count.
YTD - year to date revenue, inspection count, and if they were the buying or selling agent.
This Quarter - quarterly revenue, inspection count, and if they were the buying or selling agent.
This Month - monthly revenue, inspection count, and if they were the buying or selling agent.
This Week - weekly revenue, inspection count, and if they were the buying or selling agent.
All Time - this will include all data
When viewing the change log a separate window will pop up with logs of each change made to the agent's contact data.
It will include the specific changes made, the time stamp, and the user who made the changes.
When clicking to edit an agent a new pop-up window will appear. Here you can edit contact info, birthday info, tags, add a photo, agency, socials and notes.
Remember to hit "Save" to save your changes!

Associated Tasks
Here you will see all Tasks that are associated with the agent. You can click "+ Add Task" to add a new Task.
If you create a new Task, once saved the Task will be available on the assignee's Tasks page.
It will also be available in the contact page under "Associated Task(s)" once saved:

Notes
In the Notes field you'll see all notes associated with an agent, and you can click "Add Note" to add a new note.
In the drop-down menu to the left of "Add Note" you'll see options to specify it was in inbound call, outbound call, email, or simply a note.
This helps you keep track of important conversations with the agent and key details you can refer back to, making it easier to build a stronger relationship over time.
The "Add a note" text box needs to have something input in order to save the new note.
Inspections
At the very bottom of the page you'll see all inspections associated with the agent. You can click "View" and it will navigate you to the inspection details page for that inspection.
This will display inspection data for the date/time, address, client, price, the agent's role on the inspection, and the inspector.
