Including a realtor's profile photo on an inspection report can significantly enhance the professionalism and personalization of your documentation. It helps clients easily identify their realtor, adds a personal touch, and strengthens the relationship between the client, the realtor, and the inspector. By featuring the realtor’s photo, you create a more engaging and trustworthy report, which can improve client satisfaction and streamline communication.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why are my agents and I seeing a 'shadow of a person' or a blank person image on the PDF report?

    • If you see a blank person image or what looks like a person's shadow on the report, the agent assigned to the inspection most likely does not have a profile photo attached to their contact.

    • To remove this image, you will need to disable the "Display Client's Agent" setting.
