Downloading a report PDF is a quick and easy way to save a copy of your home inspection report to your computer. This is especially useful if you want to keep a digital copy of the report for your records or if you need to send the report to your client or agent via email. If you prefer to have a physical copy of your home inspection report, you can easily print it out using a printer. Whether you're tech-savvy or just getting started, our detailed instructions will make the process straightforward and hassle-free.

Click on the inspection to access the Inspection Details page.
Click "View" underneath the report in the Reports box.
From the web report, click the blue PDF button in the lower right of the cover photo.
Select "Summary" to access the summary PDF or "Full Report" for the entire report PDF.
Click your browser's download and/or print button. These are usually located in the upper right corner but their location can vary depending on your browser.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I mass-download all of my PDF reports?
Not all at once but we do have the option to back up your reports to Google Drive.
We also have a mass-download feature request that you can vote for if you'd like to see this added in the future.
Is there a way to split my report into separate PDFs by section?
Spectora doesn’t have a built-in option to split a report into separate PDFs. However, you can do this manually using your browser’s print functionality:
Follow steps 1–4 above to open the Full Report PDF in your browser.
Click your browser’s print button (usually in the upper right corner).
In the print dialog, set the destination to Save as PDF (instead of a physical printer).
Set the page range to only the pages you want in that section (e.g., pages 1–10).
Click Save to download that section as a separate PDF.
Repeat for each section you want to save separately.
