How to Preview a Report From the Inspection Details Page

Click on the inspection in your calendar to open the Inspection Details page
Click "View" under the report name
You'll be directed to the web report where you can see all of the report information
To preview the PDF report, click "PDF"
Click "Full Report"

Tap on the inspection in your app to open it
Swipe up on the "Reports" tab
Tap the paper & magnifying glass icon
A browser window will open with the web report
To preview the PDF report, tap the PDF button
Tap "Full Report" in the dropdown menu
To close the report preview, tap "Done" in the top left corner
Frequently Asked Questions
How can I remove the "Draft" watermark from my PDF?
The draft watermark only appears on unpublished inspections. As soon as you publish the inspection it will be removed from the PDF.
When I preview my report, my PDF has a lot of blank pages. How can I fix this?
This usually happens when a comment has a lot of empty space after its text. You can determine this when you find the comment in the web editor and scroll inside it. The easiest solution is to delete and recreate the comment.
