What's Not Included in the Work Order

While most of the key information for the inspection is listed in the work order, there are a few things that are not included. In this section, you'll see what information is not included in the work order.

  • Internal Box

    • The "Internal" box holds important information such as custom scheduling fields. These fields may be set up to capture lock box codes, alarm codes, or other information.

  • Closing Date

    • While the closing date does show on the Inspection Details page and the client portal, it does not show on the work order.

  • Inspection Events (Advanced Users)

    • Inspection Events that are tied to the inspection, like Radon Pick-Ups or Drop-offs will not show on the work order.

  • Associated Tasks (Advanced Users)

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I customize the work order so it includes the information I want?

    • Unfortunately, the work order cannot be customized.

  • Why isn't the "Internal" box included in the work order?

    • The "Internal" box is primarily meant for internal use for inspectors and support/office staff. Because that information is not visible to the client/agent in the portal, it is not included in the work order.
