Frequently Asked Questions
Can I customize the work order so it includes the information I want?
Unfortunately, the work order cannot be customized.
Why isn't the "Internal" box included in the work order?
The "Internal" box is primarily meant for internal use for inspectors and support/office staff. Because that information is not visible to the client/agent in the portal, it is not included in the work order.
