Alerts in Spectora help keep you informed about important updates, pending actions, or potential issues within your inspections or subscription billing. While these alerts are valuable for staying on top of your tasks, it’s equally important to know how to clear them to keep your dashboard organized and clutter-free.

In this article, we’ll guide you through the steps to clear alerts in Spectora, ensuring you can easily manage your alerts and maintain a clean workflow.

What are Alerts?

In Spectora, alerts work by automatically monitoring key events and actions within your account and notifying you or your clients when attention is needed. These alerts are triggered by specific conditions, such as a failed payment, a payment dispute, or a card on file nearing its expiration date.

By keeping you informed of critical details, alerts ensure smoother operations, fewer missed deadlines, and better client communication.

❇️ Pro-tip: The Alerts widget displays both upcoming and past alerts, showing events up to 30 days in the future and up to 60 days in the past.
