Managing your Spectora Advanced subscription billing is an essential part of keeping your business running smoothly. Whether you need to update payment details or review your payment history, Spectora makes it easy to manage your subscription.
In this article, we'll walk you through the steps to efficiently handle your Spectora Advanced billing, ensuring your services remain uninterrupted and your account stays in good standing.
🔴 Note: Spectora Advanced billing is separate from your monthly/annual software subscription. If you change the payment method for your software subscription, you'll need to change it separately for Spectora Advanced.
Click on your profile picture in the top right
Click "Billing" in the dropdown menu
Click "Spectora Advanced"
Click the card number starting with XXXX to update your card
Click "Disable Advanced" to cancel Spectora Advanced
When canceling Advanced, you'll be charged any outstanding inspections that are set to bill. Once those inspections have been billed, all new inspections will not have the Advanced fee associated.

Can I pay my subscription billing with a bank account instead of a debit or credit card?
Unfortunately not! Subscription payments do need to be done with a debit or credit card.
