If you've recently updated your payment method for your software subscription, make sure to update the Advanced billing as well to avoid notifications that your subscription will be canceled!

This article provides step-by-step instructions for managing your Spectora Advanced. The steps below will walk you through updating your billing card for Advanced.

When starting with Spectora Advanced, you have a 30-day free trial! Once the trial ends, you will be charged $3 per published inspection. You can track how many days are left in your free trial on your Dashboard:

Updating Your Advanced Payment Method

This section provides step-by-step instructions for managing your Spectora Advanced. The steps below will walk you through updating your billing card for Advanced.

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top right

  2. Click "Billing" in the dropdown menu

  3. Click "Spectora Advanced"

  4. Click the card number starting with XXXX to update your card

Note: Spectora Advanced billing is separate from your monthly/annual software subscription. If you change your payment method for your software subscription, you'll need to change it separately for Spectora Advanced.


Canceling Your Spectora Advanced:

This section provides step-by-step instructions for canceling your Spectora Advanced. The steps below will walk you through how to cancel your Advanced subscription.

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top right

  2. Click "Billing" in the dropdown menu

  3. Click "Spectora Advanced"

  4. Click the "Disable Advanced" to cancel

When canceling Advanced, you'll be charged any outstanding inspections that are set to bill. Once those inspections have been billed, all new inspections will not have the Advanced fee associated.
