How Date-Specific Availability Works

When you have your date-specific availability slots saved, the online scheduler will look for your regular availability and the new time slots, and have them show for clients to book. The online scheduler takes into account the beginning and end times of the date-specific time slot, as well as the length of the selected service type.

For example, Inspector Jess is normally available on Tuesdays at 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

She decides to also add a one-off availability slot for Tuesday, April 30th at 5:00 PM.

The online scheduler now shows her as available for appointments/inspections on Tuesday, April 30th at 11:00 AM, 3:00 PM, and 5:00 PM.

❇️ Keep in mind: Date-specific availability only overrides your regular availability time slots/open schedule if you do not normally work that day.

If you're normally scheduled to work that day, the date-specific availability will just add the extra time to your existing availability.
