How to Clear Alerts

Want to remove an Alert about a dispute or an inspector who can't perform a service? Look no further!

To clear the ALERTS box on your Dashboard, navigate to the inspection where the Alert originates

Pro Tip: You can click on the alert which will take you to the Inspection Details page for that inspection

On the Inspection Details page, click MORE > Clear Alerts

That's it! If that was your only Alert, the ALERTS Box will disappear from your Dashboard
