As part of Spectora Advanced, Service Limitations allows you to designate which services each inspector on your team performs. This is useful when certain inspectors are licensed to do some services you offer while others are not. This article shows you how to set these up!
Enabling Service Limitations
Once you've enabled Spectora Advanced, you're ready to start using Service Limitations! You can easily enable this in your settings and then jump right into setting up limitations for each inspector on your team. In this section, we'll go over how to enable the Service Limitations feature.
Click "Settings"
Click "Advanced Tools"
Click "Enable Service Limitations"
Click "Set Up Service Limitations" on the right
Set up Service Limitations
After enabling Service Limitations and clicking "Set Up Service Limitations," you'll be redirected to your Availability page. From this page, you can set up which inspectors can perform the services and add-ons you offer. For each inspector, you must choose which Services they can be scheduled for (including add-ons). In this section, we'll go over how to set up the limitations for each inspector on your team.
On the Availability page, you'll see each of your inspectors listed
Click "Services" to the right of an inspector's name
Check the box for all services the inspector can perform
Uncheck the box for any service the inspector cannot perform
Check the box for any add-on services the inspector can perform
Uncheck the box for any add-on the inspector cannot perform
Click "Save"
π΄ Note: If you enable Service Limitations, you must set services for each inspector or else it is assumed they cannot perform any!
Limitations in Effect
When scheduling your inspections, you will now see warnings if the assigned inspector cannot perform the selected service (though you may still schedule the inspector):

On the Online Scheduler, the available time slots/inspectors displayed will only include those where an inspector is available to perform the primary service:

If there are additional services or add-ons requested, an "Alert" will be created in your dashboard so you can assign additional inspectors for those services:
In other words, the system prioritizes booking the inspection first, allowing you to figure out additional logistics later!
