Spectora payments via Stripe is the most commonly used payment provider on Spectora. It is run through Spectora to increase ease of use.

When issues occur support is provided through our chat bubble which helps decrease transaction fees and wait times! Occasionally there is an issue involving confidential information which requires direct contact between you and Stripe.

Contacting Stripe

When an issue come up, the first step is to write into our bubble to see what we can do on our end! If Stripe tells us that they will need to get in contact with you the way to do that is go to Settings > Payments > Payout settings > Contact on the bottom!

From there you can send any documents needed to verify identity directly to Stripe to get issues taken care of!
