The Client’s View URL in Spectora is a unique link that allows clients to access their inspection reports online. This URL is essential for providing clients with a seamless and convenient way to view their inspection details. Here’s how to locate and share the Client’s View URL.


What is the Client’s View URL?

The Client’s View URL is a secure, unique link generated for each inspection report. This link gives clients direct access to their inspection details, including comments, photos, and summaries, without needing to download any files.

 

The link to this page is included in your automated emails where ever you use the {{INSPECTION_LINK}} placeholder.  



How to Locate the Client's View URL

The client's view URL can be located in two spots on the Inspection Details page In this section, you'll see how to locate the URL via both methods.

  1. Click on the inspection to open the Inspection Details page

  2. Click the "Client/Agent View" button at the bottom of the People box

  3. You can also use the "Client View" button at the top of the Inspection Details page

  4. You'll be redirected to the Client Portal view where you can copy the URL listed in the web bar


Frequently Asked Questions

  • My client didn't receive the confirmation email so they can't get to the portal. What do I do?

  • I need to send someone else the link to the portal so they can pay. Can I email them the URL from the Client View?

    • You sure can! Once you've located the URL to the client view, you can copy and paste it into an email to send to whomever.

  • I need to send the final report to someone, but I don't want them to go through the Client Portal. What can I do?
