  • How do I send an invoice for just a travel fee?

    • First, you can add a manual fee to the invoice with the steps in this article.

    • Then, to collect payment for the travel fee, you can send an email to the client using the Share Details button on the inspection.

  • I sent the confirmation email with the wrong inspection address. What do I do?

    • No worries, you can still follow the same steps to resend the confirmation email! Just ensure you update the address on the inspection first, then resend and the email/text will have the updated address. Check out this article on how to update an inspection address.

  • I updated the client or agent's email address, but when resend the email it's still going to the wrong email address. What do I do?

    • Even if the email is updated to the correct email, the "resend" option in the Emails box will send the same email to the same address.
