When a client or agent needs to reschedule, you can easily change the date/time of an inspection. No need to create a whole new inspection!
First, navigate to the Inspection Details page.
Above the address of the inspection, you'll see the scheduled date & time. Click on the existing date & time to edit:
You'll be prompted to select a new date, time, and duration (in hours) of the inspection:
Once you've selected the new date, time, and set your duration, click Reschedule Inspection:
The Inspection Details page will now show the new date & time, plus a notification on the top right corner saying "Inspection updated!"
If you have emails or text messages set up for Rescheduling under Automations > Settings, those will be sent out to your client or agent:
