As part of Spectora Advanced, Inspection Events allows you to link calendar events with specific inspections. This is great for events like dropping off or picking up a radon test or water sample test kit. You can even pay inspectors doing Inspection Events via Pay Splits.
By setting up inspection events, you can automate tasks like sending reminders, emails, or even creating to-dos that will activate based on your predefined conditions.
This article will guide you through how to configure inspection events, so you can streamline your workflow and ensure important tasks are never overlooked.

Frequently Asked Questions
I accidentally deleted an event from my calendar! Can I undelete it or can the Spectora team see what the event was?
Unfortunately, these events cannot be deleted. The Spectora team is also unable to see what the event was prior to it being deleted.
β
Is there any way to get the inspection events to auto-populate a time/date?
Unfortunately not. You can set default events to auto-populate when a service is added, but you will need to manually edit the inspector, description, date, and time as needed for each event.
