Whether you're coming back after a brief hiatus or just want to give Spectora another try, we'll guide you through the simple steps to reactivate your account and continue using our powerful tools to manage and grow your inspection business. In this article, we'll walk you through the resubscription process and what to expect when you return to Spectora.


Resubscribing Through Your Dashboard

The easiest way to resubscribe is by using the "Subscribe" button on your Dashboard. This will allow you to set up a brand-new subscription. In this section, we'll show you how to resubscribe via the Dashboard.

  1. Click the green "Subscribe" button on the right side of your Dashboard

  2. Select which subscription you would like to purchase

  3. Click "Subscribe Now" below the subscription you want to purchase

  4. Enter your credit card info

  5. Click "Pay"

Resubscribing Through Your Billing Page

If you do not see a "Subscribe" button on your dashboard, don't fret! You can easily resubscribe through your Spectora Billing page. Follow the steps below to see how to resubscribe through Billing.

  1. Click on your name in the top right corner of the dashboard

  2. Click "Billing" in the dropdown menu

  3. Click "Subscriptions"

  4. Click "Subscribe now"

  5. Select which subscription you would like to purchase

  6. Click "Subscribe Now" below the subscription you want to purchase

  7. Enter your credit card info

  8. Click "Pay"
