When an inspector leaves your team or you need to reassign a Spectora subscription to another team member, it's important to manage these changes efficiently to ensure smooth operations. Reassigning or unassigning a Spectora subscription allows you to maintain control over your account's active users and make sure that the right team members have access to the tools they need.

In this article, we'll guide you through the process of reassigning a subscription to another inspector or unassigning it when someone exits your team, helping you keep your subscription management up-to-date and organized.



Reassigning a Subscription

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top right

  2. Click "Billing" in the dropdown menu

  3. Click "Subscriptions"

  4. Click the ✏️ icon next to the subscription you wish to reassign

  5. Select the inspector you want to assign the subscription to OR select "None/Unassign" to leave it open

  6. Click "Reassign"

By unassigning a subscription, you can keep it paid and active in the software. It will then be available for you to use on your next inspector. When unassigning a subscription, there will not be a refund or credit for any unused days.
