How to Purchase a Spectora Subscription
On the right side of your dashboard, click the green Subscribe Now button on the top banner.
Choose between our Monthly or Annual subscriptions:
If you have multiple inspectors on your team, you will see the option to select a subscription for them as well on the next page:
If you're a solo inspector you won't see this and can continue with your selection!
When you've chosen your subscription(s), click "Checkout Now" and you'll be able to enter your payment details:
Click Continue to Review, complete the checkout process, and you're done! Now you have your paid subscription! 👍

Our monthly subscription is $109 per month, and our annual subscription is $1090 per year.
Add-on Inspectors are $99 per month or $999 annually.
I don't do a lot of business/inspections at the moment, do you have a pay-per-inspection option?
At this time, we don't have a pay-per-inspection option. We offer monthly and yearly software subscriptions only.
