Transitions in the workplace are sometimes inevitable. You may have inspectors leave the industry or go into business on their own and ultimately need to replace them on your team.
This article provides step-by-step instructions for reassigning or unassigning a subscription. Reassigning or unassigning a subscription is helpful when an inspector leaves the company and a new inspector is being hired. Reassigning a subscription also allows you to move an inspector over to an existing subscription if needed - for example, if an inspector on your team has an annual subscription and leaves, you can assign a different inspector who is on a monthly subscription to the now-open annual subscription.
How to Reassign a Subscription
In this section, you'll see step-by-step directions on how to reassign a subscription.
Click on your profile picture in the top right
Click "Billing" in the dropdown menu
Click "Subscriptions"
Click the ✏️ icon next to the subscription you wish to reassign
Select the inspector you want to assign the subscription to OR select "None/Unassign" to leave it open
Click "Reassign"
By unassigning a subscription, you can keep it paid and active in the software. It will then be available for you to use on your next inspector.
🔴 Note: When unassigning a subscription, there will not be a refund or credit for any unused days.

Absolutely! You can unassign the inspector who left and re-assign the other inspector to the subscription.
