Upgrading your Spectora subscription from a monthly to an annual plan is a great way to save money and streamline your billing process. By making the switch, you can enjoy all the same benefits and features of your Spectora account while taking advantage of a reduced rate for committing to a full year. In this article, we’ll walk you through the simple steps to upgrade your subscription, helping you make the most of your Spectora experience with an annual plan.

Click on your profile picture in the top right
Click "Billing" in the dropdown menu
Click "Subscriptions"
Click "Go Annual" next to the subscription you wish to upgrade
Applying a Coupon Code
If you have a coupon code, the option to apply it appears at the bottom of the very last screen, right before you click Complete Purchase. To apply your coupon:
If you haven't done so before, enter your billing address, then click Continue to Payment.
Enter your payment information, then click Continue to Review.
At the bottom of the review screen, find the "Have a coupon code?" box and click Enter Code.
Type in your coupon code and click Apply. The amount due will change to reflect your coupon.
Click Complete Purchase - $[amount you owe] to finish upgrading.
⚠️ Important: Always upgrade your subscription before you cancel your current one. Your current monthly subscription stays active until its next billing date, so there is no need to cancel it. If you cancel first and then upgrade, you will end up with duplicate subscriptions (an annual and a monthly).
When upgrading to an annual subscription, your current monthly subscription will remain active until the next billing date. At that time, your annual subscription will kick in. You'll be charged the annual subscription fee on the next billing date. Alternatively, you can decide to move from annual to monthly. When you switch to monthly, your annual subscription will remain active until the billing date, at which time your monthly subscription will start.
