Whether you're confirming details, preparing for an upcoming inspection, or reviewing completed appointments, we'll show you how to access all the information you need with ease.
Locating Inspections via the Dashboard Calendar
The easiest way to locate an inspection that is coming up is via the Dashboard Calendar. The calendar will show all of the inspections scheduled for you and your team. You can even choose your preferred view of the calendar.

You'll see your Dashboard as soon as you log into your Spectora account
Scroll down on your Dashboard until you see your calendar
You can choose your calendar view to show as a list, day view, week view, calendar week view, 4-week view, or month view
The list view will show all of your inspectors on the left with time slots for the entire day
The week view will show the inspectors on the left with time slots for each day on the right Week view shows from weekday to weekday (ie. Thursday-Thursday)
The calendar week view (cal wk) shows the inspectors on the left, time slots/days on the right, and shows the week as Sunday - Saturday
The 4-week view will show 4 weeks of the calendar at a time (ie. July 14th - August 10th) & inspections will show as blocks on each day
The month view will show the entire calendar month (ie. July 1st - 31st) with inspections as blocks on each day
You can easily scroll forward or backward on your calendar by clicking the arrows
Once you've located your inspection, you can click on it to open the Inspection Details page
Locating Inspections via the Inspections List
If you need to search or find an inspection on the web, you can easily do so by accessing the inspection page. In this section, we will guide you through the steps to view the inspection page.

From your dashboard, click on the drop-down menu in the top right
Select "Inspections"
Locating Inspections via the Site-Wide Search
You can quickly and easily search for specific inspections using the search bar. Inspections can be searched by address, agent name, client name, or inspector name.

Click the "Search everything..." bar to place your cursor
Enter the information you want to search for
You can search by address, agent name, client name, or inspector name
Results for your search will appear below the bar
Click on the inspection you want to open in the search results
You'll be redirected to the Inspection Details page for that inspection
Frequently Asked Questions
Why isn't the inspection I just scheduled showing on my calendar?
You may need to refresh your browser in order to see the newly scheduled inspection. A slight delay or a brief drop in your internet connection could cause the inspection to not show on your calendar right away.
