Address changes might be needed for various reasons after scheduling your inspection, and keeping it accurate is crucial for both your business and your clients. This article will guide you through the step-by-step process of changing an inspection’s address, ensuring your reports reflect the correct location every time.
Click on the inspection to access the Inspection Details page
Click on the address underneath the date and time in the upper left
A window will pop up where you can change any parts of the address, as well as adjust details about the property including:
- Year Built
- Square Feet
- Lot Size
- Foundation
- Bedrooms
- Bathrooms
- Parking
- Latitude
- LongitudeClick "Save"
After saving, you may be prompted to recalculate any pricing modifiers for the service(s) on the inspection and/or update the agreements with the new information. You can press the Dismiss button in the upper right corner of the orange banner if you do not want to take these actions.
Frequently Asked Questions

If your report is a special form like the Florida 4-Point, Wind Mitigation, TREC REI 7-6, NPMA-33, etc.; you may need to create a copy of the report to see the updated address. If it is not a special form, please reach out to Spectora support.
