How to Add a Template to Your Account

Spectora has several prebuilt default templates ready for you to use. Here's how to add them to your account from the Template Center.

Our Template Center is full of pre-written templates that you can use to start writing reports. You can add any template to your account; from specialized FL or TX forms to customized templates from other inspectors, there's a template perfect for your inspecting needs.

Step-by-Step

  1. Click on Templates in your Navigation Bar:

2. Click on Template Center:

3. Click on the Template you want to use:

4. You can PREVIEW the template first, or you can click ADD TEMPLATE to add it to your account:

5. The template may build for a few moments, then save into your My Templates list:

Once you add the template to your account, you can customize it to your liking!
