As a company admin, there are some settings that you have access to that will help you manage your team. On the flip side, some settings can only be accessed by the individual inspector inside their account. In this article, we'll show you how to manage your company's team settings.
Navigating the Team Page
The "Team" page of Spectora allows you to manage settings for your company. In this section, we'll show you how to navigate to the Team page and the various settings you'll see.
Click your name in the top right corner to open a dropdown menu
Click "Team"
You can view each inspector's name, email, and phone number
You can view, enable, and disable permissions for each inspector
You can also view, enable, and disable permissions for support staff
To view/edit their profile, click the inspector's or support staff's name
You can view/edit the inspector's info on their profile page
Support staff also have basic profile pages where you can edit their name, phone number, and profile picture
What Company Admins Can Change

Why can't I change my inspector's/support staff member's email address?
Each account created for an inspector or support staff is their individual account. While they are under your company/team, the individual account still belongs to them. Because of this, personal login information like email and password can only be changed by the inspector/support staff within their account.
