Dashboard Symbols and What They Mean

On your Dashboard, you may see some symbols that indicate different things. Each symbol indicates something related to the inspection.

Here's a quick rundown of each symbol:

The orange Confirm symbol indicates that this inspection is unconfirmed. Unconfirmed inspections will show on the calendar as placeholders until confirmed.

The red dollar bill symbol indicates this no payment has been made for the inspection.

The green dollar bill symbol indicates that payment has been made & received for the inspection.

The red paper symbol indicates that the agreement(s) for the inspection has not been signed.

The green paper symbol indicates that the agreement(s) has been signed for the inspection.

The red flag symbol indicates that the client has requested an add-on service through the client portal. You can either accept or deny the request.

The orange flag symbol indicates that an inspector without publishing permission has submitted a report for review. An admin with publishing permission can publish the report.

The green paper airplane symbol indicates that the report(s) has been published for the inspection.

The green check mark means the report(s) were viewed by the Buyer or Agent.

Within the custom scheduling fields, there is an option for "calendar icon." The calendar icon allows you to choose any icon you'd like for this field. Examples include a bug icon, a home icon, a key icon, and more.
