Changing Notification Type for Undelivered Texts and Emails

How to send notifications for communication failure straight to your inbox instead of a chat

When an email or text doesn't get delivered in Spectora, we automatically send you a chat notification.

If you're missing those notifications or would prefer that we email you instead, check out these steps to change your notification settings!

1. Go to Settings > Business Tools > Internal Communication.

2. The default is set to an In-App Message. Select Email instead and enter your preferred email address for notifications.

Email and text failure notifications will now go straight to your email inbox!
