Locating Your Past Subscription Invoices
This section provides step-by-step instructions for locating your past subscription payments. The steps below will help you navigate to the invoices for previous payments.
Click on your profile picture in the top right
Click "Billing" in the dropdown menu
Click "Past Payments"
Click "View Subscriptions Payments"
Click "Details" on the right side
View the payment details like amount, date, time

Need to save a copy of your subscription payment for your credit card, bank, or insurance records? You can save these as PDF by utilizing your File > Print > Save to PDF Option on your computer!
Locating Your Past One-Time Payment Invoices
This section provides step-by-step instructions for locating one-time payment invoices. One-time invoice payments are used for things like web design or Jumpstart packages.

While Spectora does not automatically send a receipt or invoice each month/year for your subscriptions, you can easily view them in your Billing tab at any time!
