If your client paid via an outside payment source like Venmo, Zelle, or PayPayl, or if they paid via cash or check, you'll need to manually mark the inspection as paid. By manually marking it as paid, this tells the system that the inspection is paid in full and does not require any additional payment. This also ensures the report will be unlocked for your client when you publish it!

In this article, we'll show you how to manually mark your inspection as paid.
