How to Create Your Spectora Account

Ready to give us a try? Awesome! Follow along with the steps below to set up your free Spectora trial account.

  1. On Spectora.com, click "Free Trial"

  2. Enter your first name and last name

  3. Enter your phone number

  4. Select the number of inspectors on your team and how many years of experience you have

  5. Select how much you'd like to invest in software, business tools, and website

  6. Click "Next"

  7. Enter your email address

  8. Create a password

  9. Click "Create Account"

  10. Select which software you currently use

  11. Select which offerings you'd like to learn more about

  12. Enter how you heard about Spectora

  13. Click "Finish"

  14. You'll receive an activation email for your account


Frequently Asked Questions

  • I'm trying to sign up with my email, but it says it's already in use. Why?

    • Emails are unique identifiers in our system, so they can only be used for one account. If you previously signed up for a trial or previously had a home inspection done by an inspector using Spectora, your email is already associated with that account. You can sign up with a different email address or reach out to our team for assistance.

  • I signed up for a trial, but I'm not ready to make the switch to Spectora. Will my account still be available when I'm ready?

    • Absolutely! Your account will remain in our system, so you can come back whenever you're ready.

  • Okay, I signed up for a trial. Now what?

  • I didn't get a confirmation email. What do I do?
