Use Spectora Advanced to create as many clients and agents as you'd like, as well as profiles like Attorney and Transaction Coordinator

With Spectora Advanced, you can add as many clients and agents as you'd like to an inspection. We also have some new profile options:

  • Attorney

  • Insurance Agent

  • Transaction Coordinator

  • Title Company

This makes it easy to specify who is on the inspection and what their role is besides just clients and agents.

The Additional People feature will only work correctly with Actions. It will not work with the base Automations.

If you are using Automations, you will not be able to resend confirmation emails to any additional agents/people on the inspection.


Adding Additional People on the New Inspection Form

You have the option to add people from the New Inspector Form when booking the inspection. This allows you to input their information right at scheduling, just like with clients and agents! In this section, you'll see how easy it is to add additional people.

  1. Click "+New Inspection"

  2. Click "Add Additional Person"

  3. If this is a new contact, fill out their information

  4. If you've worked with this person before, click "Person Search"

    1. Type their name or email address in the search line

  5. Click "Save Inspection"

Adding Additional People on the Inspection Details Page

If you've already scheduled the inspection and need to add additional people, you can do so easily! In this section, we'll show you how to add additional people through the Inspection Details page.

  1. Click on the inspection from your dashboard

  2. Click "+New" in the PEOPLE box

  3. Click "Add Another Person"

  4. If this is a new contact, fill out their information

    1. After entering their contact info, select their role from the dropdown menu

    2. Click "Add Person" once you've entered their info and selected their role

  5. If you've worked with this person before, click "Search for Existing Person"

    1. Type their name or email address in the search line

  6. Click "Add Person" when finished


Using Actions with Additional People

These new profile types are available on Actions as well! You can create customized emails and texts for the Attorney, Insurance Agent, Transaction Coordinator, and Title Company.

You can select these profiles as the recipients on any Action, giving you even more power to customize with Spectora Advanced!
