Agreements are the contract your client signs for liability, pricing, services, etc. You can create custom agreements in your Spectora account and have them auto-generate each time a client books an inspection with you.

Watch this video demo for a more in-depth explanation!

  6. Use the Placeholders along the right side to automatically pull in information you would like included in the Agreement. Check out this article on the different placeholders that can be used.

    1. Tip: Having an address and price on your agreement is important! How to Find New Agreements

Suppose you require assistance in creating a new agreement for your Spectora account. In that case, there are numerous resources that offer pre-built agreements or guide you in identifying the necessary components to include in your agreement. This article aims to assist you in sourcing and obtaining various agreements that align with your specific requirements, ensuring comprehensive coverage.

We currently do not have a way to import these agreements. They must be copied and pasted into the agreement settings on your account. This article will walk you through how to do that.
