If you need to set up a new agreement to your Spectora account or need to add multiple agreements to your Spectora account for different services, the instructions below will walk you through how you can add these in. The video below will walk you through visually, or we have a step-by-step guide further down.

Check out this video for a visual walk through:

Step by Step Guide:

  1. Head into Settings > Agreements

  2. Click the "Create a New Inspection Agreement"

  3. Name your New Agreement at the top where it says "Name"

  4. You can either manually type in the information for the Agreement or copy and paste information you would like to be in the Agreement.

If you don't have an Agreement, Internachi does provide some that you can use. Use this link to access those documents. You will have to copy and paste the information into the text box on the Agreement.

  5. Use the Placeholders along the right side to automatically pull in information you would like included in the Agreement. Check out this article on the different placeholders that can be used.

Tip: Having an address and price on your agreement is important! You can use the {{SERVICES}} placeholder to list each service individual to the inspection, or even the {{FEES}} placeholder for a list of each service and their cost. {{PRICE}} is the placeholder you'd want to use for the total inspection fee.

  6. Finally, go ahead and hit "Save Agreement".

Reminder: Be sure to set up the new Agreement under your Services and Fees. In each Service, you will have the option to choose which Agreement you would like to populate when that service is chosen. Check out this article on how to set this up in your services.

FAQ

  • Can I import my Agreement? Not at this time. You would have to copy and paste the agreement into Spectora and then use the placeholders and editing options available to arrange it how you would like.

  • Can I create my own placeholder? No, the only custom placeholders we offer are generated when you create a custom scheduling field.

  • Can I have multiple Agreements? Absolutely!
