If you require assistance in creating a new agreement for your Spectora account and are in search of available options, there exist numerous resources that can offer pre-built agreements or guide you in identifying the necessary components to include in your agreement. This article aims to assist you in sourcing and obtaining various agreements that align with your specific requirements, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
We currently do not have a way to import these agreements. They must be copied and pasted into the agreement settings on your account. This article will walk you through on how to do that.
1. Contact your Insurance Company
In the majority of instances, your insurance provider will be capable of furnishing you with a full copy of all the terms and conditions that must be included in your agreement to guarantee coverage.
2. Check out your State Website or Licensing Department
Certain state websites or governmental licensing departments may be able to provide you with a copy of an agreement.
3. Consult a Lawyer
Have a lawyer review and evaluate the matter. They may be able to offer valuable guidance or potentially provide an agreement for you.
4. Reach out to other Inspectors
If you go to Facebook and search "Spectora User Group" or use this link, you can connect with a bunch of other inspectors that use our software. Our community on Facebook is amazing and I bet they'd be able to provide you some information or even share an agreement with you!
5. Use your Membership with an Inspection Association
If you happen to be a member of an association dedicated to inspection services, it is possible that organization has the means to provide you with supplementary resources pertaining to agreements.
6. Check out the American Society of Home Inspectors Website
In order to obtain an agreement from this website, one must be a registered member. It is necessary to navigate to the ASHI website, log in, and, duplicate the desired Inspection Agreement.
7. Add Agreement through Internachi
Click "Settings"
Click "Agreements"
Click "Create a New Inspection Agreement"
Click "InterNACHI Document Library" or use this link to open the Internachi Document Library
Please note: Some documents do require you to have an Internachi account.
