How to Alphabetize Comments
In this section, you'll find steps and a video guide on how to categorize your comments alphabetically.
From your dashboard, click "Templates."
Click "My Templates."
Open the template you would like to alphabetize.
Select the three dots in the top right corner.
Click "Template Tools."
Select "Alphabetize All Comments."
Click "Alphabetize Comments."
Click "Yes, do it!"

Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a way to sort certain comments or just sort defect comments only in alphabetical order?
Unfortunately, no. Using this option will sort all comments, and we do not have a way to sort specific comments.
Will my comments stay in alphabetical order when I add new comments in the future?
By choosing this option, you will make a single adjustment that will not automatically update your template in the future. If you insert new comments and wish to arrange them in alphabetical order, you will need to repeat this process.
