Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change the color of the defect categories?
Unfortunately not! The 3 colors for the categories are built into the system, so they can't be changed at this time.
I need more than 3 defect types, can I add more?
Unfortunately, each template is set to only have 3 defect types, so you won't be able to add additional categories.
What if I don't want to use 3 categories? Can I use less than 3?
