Need to cancel an inspection? By canceling instead of deleting, you retain all the data from the inspection, including client and agent details. The inspection will no longer appear on your calendar, but you can easily reschedule it at a later date. This ensures you don’t lose any important information while keeping your schedule organized.
Canceling an Inspection
In this section, we'll you how to cancel an inspection.
Click the inspection to open the Inspection Details
Click "More" in the top right corner
Click "Cancel"
Enter the cancellation reason
Click "Cancel Inspection"
You'll see "CANCELED" in place of the Reports box

After I cancel the inspection, will the client or agent get any more notifications?
If you have a cancellation email and/or text message created, the client/agent will receive those notices at the time of cancellation stating that the inspection has been canceled.
After the cancellation notice is sent, no other notifications will go out to the client or agent.
