In this article, we'll guide you through the steps to assign a new card to your Spectora subscription billing, so you can continue using the platform without any billing issues.


Assigning a New Card to Your Subscription

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top right

  2. Click "Billing" in the dropdown menu

  3. Click "Subscriptions"

  4. Click the pencil icon below the card number to the right of your subscription

  5. Select the correct card for your subscription billing

  6. Click "Submit"

  • The credit card under payment methods was correct, but your system still showed my old credit card under subscriptions. Why didn't it update when I added my new card?
