Adding Mobile Reminders in Your Template

Click "Templates"
Click "My Templates"
Select your template from the dropdown menu
Click the ✏️ icon next to the section name
Enter your reminders in the text box
Click "Save"

Tap on the inspection in the app
Swipe up on the "Reports" tab
Tap "Start"
Tap on the section
Tap "View Reminder"
Your reminders will show here

Click on the inspection to open the Inspection Details page
Click on the report name to open the web editor
Click on a section in the left column to open it
Click "View reminder" at the top of the middle column
A pop-up box with your reminder text will appear
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I edit a mobile reminder in the app while filling out my report?
Unfortunately not! Mobile reminders can only be edited in the template itself, not on an individual report.
Can clients or agents see the mobile reminders?
No, the mobile reminders are for internal viewing only by you (the inspector).
