Things to Keep in Mind When Using the CL-100
You can use the CL-100 South Carolina Wood Infestation template for reports on the web or the mobile app, just like any other template. But, this template works a little differently because of the specialized output of the PDF.
The report writer looks similar to other templates, but, like with all special forms, you're limited to what you can edit on the template level. A majority of it is locked to prevent edits or additions that could break the form output.
🚨 Because of the specialized output of the form, you should not delete, modify, or add sections, items, or comments. 🚨
Doing this can result in your findings not showing up on the report or breaking the output of the PDF altogether.
You'll notice that the comments under "Infestation" and "Damage" do not have a no option:
The signature comment for the CL-100 must be manually signed by clicking the "+ SIGNATURE", this can be done both on the web and in the app. The signature for the inspector does not pull in automatically on the CL-100 report.
Inspector license number will automatically pull in as long as the credentials are input on the inspector's profile. The template already has the placeholder {{INSPECTOR_CREDENTIALS}} to pull in the license number from the inspector profile automatically:
To add the inspector license number navigate to the Teams page > click on the inspector's name > add license number in "Credentials":
Be sure to hit "Save" at the bottom of the screen!

Frequently Asked Questions
I'm not seeing the option to delete sections/items/comments on my CL-100 template. Why is this?
The option to delete doesn't show up for the CL-100 South Carolina Wood Infestation reports since the template is locked. The template is locked to prevent additions that could break the form output. While we strongly advise against it, we can unlock it for you so you can make any additions you like as long as you understand that Spectora is not responsible if the changes you make corrupt the formatting or make your template non-compliant with the state of South Carolina.
Why is my CL-100 South Carolina Wood Infestation report not building / not available in the app?
The CL-100 form is only available in the V10 app. It is not compatible with the V9 Legacy app. Check to ensure that you're on the V10 app, and if you're not you'll need to convert the inspection to V10 and download the V10 app. You'll also see the error message indicating this on the inspection details page:
