How to Share a Template in the Template Center

  1. From your dashboard, click "Templates."

  2. Click "My Templates."

  3. Open the template you would like to share.

  4. Click the three dots in the top right corner.

  5. Click "Template Settings"

  6. Click "Sharing."

  7. Under the drop-down "Share this template," click "Share my template with the Spectora community."

  8. Add a thorough description of your template.

  9. Click "Save."

  • I accidentally shared my template with the template center, how can I undo this?

    • If you ever need to unshare a template, simply follow this helpful article and you'll have it done in no time.

  • How can I share my template with another Spectora User?

  • If I share my template with the Template Center and make changes to that template, will those changes reflect in the Template Center?

    • Changes made to the template will appear in the Template Center, but will not be reflected on accounts where the template has already been downloaded.
