You can choose to display or remove the client agent's name and photo on your inspection reports. Enabling this feature adds the agent's photo and name to both the web and PDF report. Disabling it removes them from all reports globally. This setting is found under Company Settings and applies to every inspection — it cannot be controlled per-inspection or per-agent.
Displaying the Agent's Photo
Follow along with the steps below to see how to display the client agent's photo on your reports.
Click "Settings"
Under Company Settings, click "Agents"
Click "Display Client's Agent" to enable
The client agent will appear on the web report across from the inspector's name
The agent will also appear on the PDF report next to the inspector
🔴 This is only for the Client's Agent, not the Listing Agent. The Listing Agent setting in the same place only controls whether or not they appear in the PDF. The Listing Agent will not show in the web report.
Removing the Agent's Photo from Reports
To stop the client agent's name and photo from appearing on your reports, disable the setting using the steps below. This applies globally to all inspections — the agent remains in your contacts and can still be emailed.
Click "Settings"
Under Company Settings, click "Agents"
Uncheck "Display Client's Agent" to disable
The client agent will no longer appear on the web report or PDF report
Frequently Asked Questions
Why are my agents and I seeing a 'shadow of a person' or a blank person image on the PDF report?
If you see a blank person image or what looks like a person's shadow on the report, the agent assigned to the inspection most likely does not have a profile photo attached to their contact.
To remove this image, you will need to disable the "Display Client's Agent" setting.
How do I add a profile photo to my agent's contact?
Can I control whether an agent's photo appears on a per-inspection or per-agent basis?
No — the Display Client's Agent setting is global and applies to all inspections and all agents. It is not possible to show or hide an agent's photo on a per-inspection or per-agent basis.
