Although the system automatically generates your report at 3:00 AM on the day of the inspection, you can build it early for immediate editing. In this article, we'll guide you through the simple steps to create your inspection reports ahead of time, both on the app and the web.

Click on the inspection in the dashboard calendar to open the Inspection Details page
In the Reports box, click the 3 dots to the right of the report name
Click "Build Now" in the dropdown menu
Your report is now ready to edit or view

Tap the calendar icon on the app dashboard
Tap on the inspection date
Tap on the inspection to open it
Tap "Build" in the Reports tab
Swipe up on the Reports tab
Your report is now ready - tap "Start" to begin editing
