Having a photo of your client or agent contacts is helpful because it adds a personal touch, making interactions friendlier. It also helps you recognize people easily and builds trust.

In this article, we'll show you how to add a profile photo to your agent and client contacts.


Adding a Profile Picture to an Agent Contact

Adding an agent's profile picture is easily done through the Contacts tab. Follow along with the steps below to add a new profile picture for an agent.

  1. Click "Contacts"

  2. Click "Agents"

  3. Click the arrow button to the right of the agent's name

  4. Click "Edit"

  5. Click "Change Image"

  6. Select the contact photo from your computer files

  7. Click "Save"


Adding a Profile Picture to a Client Contact

To add a client's profile picture, you'll want to view their inspection. This allows you to easily edit their contact info and add a new photo. The steps below will show you how to add a profile picture for your client contact.

  1. Click on the inspection to open the Inspection Details page

  2. Click the 3 dots to the right of the client's name

  3. Click "Edit"

  4. Click on the generic photo

  5. Select the contact photo from your computer files

  6. Click "Save"


Frequently Asked Questions

  • I added the wrong photo for a contact, can I remove it?

    • Once a profile picture has been added, we don't have a way to delete or remove it from the contact. But you can add a generic photo like the one below to their contact!

  • I just started working with a new agent, why do they already have a profile photo?

    • While this may be the first time you have worked with this agent, they may have worked with another Spectora inspector previously. Because of this, the system recognizes their profile and will pull in the existing details like their photo.

  • I don't want the agent's photo to show on the report, can I hide it?

  • The picture won't save to the contact, what's going on?

    • If you're having trouble saving the picture to the contact, it could be a file-type issue. Our system only allows JPG or PNG files, so be sure to check that the photo is one of those file types.
