Adding a Profile Picture to an Agent Contact
Adding an agent's profile picture is easily done through the Contacts tab. Follow along with the steps below to add a new profile picture for an agent.
Click "Contacts"
Click "Agents"
Click the arrow button to the right of the agent's name
Click "Edit"
Click "Change Image"
Select the contact photo from your computer files
Click "Save"
Adding a Profile Picture to a Client Contact
To add a client's profile picture, you'll want to view their inspection. This allows you to easily edit their contact info and add a new photo. The steps below will show you how to add a profile picture for your client contact.
Click on the inspection to open the Inspection Details page
Click the 3 dots to the right of the client's name
Click "Edit"
Click on the generic photo
Select the contact photo from your computer files
Click "Save"

While this may be the first time you have worked with this agent, they may have worked with another Spectora inspector previously. Because of this, the system recognizes their profile and will pull in the existing details like their photo.
I don't want the agent's photo to show on the report, can I hide it?

The picture won't save to the contact, what's going on?
If you're having trouble saving the picture to the contact, it could be a file-type issue. Our system only allows JPG or PNG files, so be sure to check that the photo is one of those file types.
