Use the Import button located at the top of the Contacts Tab for either agents or clients. This feature can also be used to update existing contacts if there is a matching email.
Preparing Your Spreadsheet for Importing
❇️ Pro-tip: Follow the listed instructions exactly!
Make sure your file has separate columns each labeled for "First Name", "Last Name", etc., and that it is a . CSV (not a .xls or .xlsx file type).
When importing your contacts, it's important to make sure your CSV file has the necessary information for each field. It's also important to verify that the columns are in the correct order listed below. These are the fields our importer will look for on the CSV file:

Importing Agent Contacts
Once you've added or adjusted the needed columns on your spreadsheet, follow the steps below to import the CSV file.
Click "Contacts"
Click "Import Agents" in the top right corner
Be sure your spreadsheet has the needed information in the correct order
Select the CSV file to upload from your computer
Click "Upload File"
Select which column on your spreadsheet you want to match with our fields
Click "Start Import"
Once the import is finished, you'll see an import status message letting you know if any rows of the spreadsheet were not imported
❇️ Note: The IMPORT option for the agent photo profile section will be labeled as "Photo URL" (as shown on the first image above) whereas the EXPORT will be titled "Image". Rest assured that these are the same and your agent's profile photo will come over.
Importing Client Contacts
Once you've added or adjusted the needed columns on your spreadsheet, follow the steps below to import the CSV file.
Click "Contacts"
Click "Clients"
Click "Import Clients" in the top right corner
Be sure your spreadsheet has the needed information in the correct order
Select the CSV file to upload from your computer
Click "Upload File"
Select which column on your spreadsheet you want to match with our fields
Click "Start Import"
Once the import is finished, you'll see an import status message letting you know if any rows of the spreadsheet were not imported
Important Tips
Duplicate Column Names
Import Complete Message
Once your file is imported you will see a summary message. You will be shown which rows have been skipped or not included due to a missing required field or other error.
If you re-upload the .csv with corrections the contacts will be updated but not duplicated.
