Are you looking to include additional information in an inspection, but prefer to keep it hidden from your clients and agents? No problem! Our platform offers the convenient option of adding an internal document to the inspection. This way, both you and your team can access the documentation while keeping it confidential from the client portal.


How to Add an Internal Document

In this section, we will walk you through how to add an internal document to an inspection.

  1. Under the inspection details page, navigate to the "Additional Documents" widget.

  2. Click "+New."

  3. Add a name for your internal document under "Name."

  4. Click "Choose File" to attach your document.

  5. Select "Internal Only (will not be visible in Client Portal)."

  6. Finally, click "Add Document."
