Starting April 7, 2026, Security Offers by Fixle is the standard way for your clients to connect with Secure24 for home security through the client portal. If you previously opted into the Secure24 Integration, your clients may now have access to both experiences. 🔐
This article explains how the two differ so you know what your clients will see.

What are Security Offers by Fixle?
Through Security Offers by Fixle, inspectors receive $200 for every home security system installed from clients who opt in through the client portal. Qualifying client portal installs also contribute to Spectora Rewards points. Points will be visible and redeemable when the full Spectora Rewards program launches later this year. This option is:
Client-driven - Clients submit their information and opt in themselves through the client portal
Automatic - No setup required. The offer appears in the client portal for all US customers
Easy - As an inspector, you do not need to submit client information or discuss the offers
Paid out through Secure24 - Inspectors receive a $200 payout directly from Secure24 per completed installation. Qualifying installs are being tracked toward Spectora Rewards.
How does it work?
Security offers are automatically enabled for all US customers. Clients will see the offer in their client portal when they view their report and will have the option to opt-in to receiving additional information from Secure24 if they choose. No action is required from you.

What is the Secure24 Product Integration (Legacy)?
The Secure24 Product Integration is a legacy feature that is no longer available to new users. Through the product integration, an inspector receives $200 for every home security system installed by a referred client. Client-engagement on the Secure24 integrations is being tracked towards Spectora Rewards. Points will be visible and redeemable when the full program launches later this year.
This option is:
Inspector-driven - Inspectors submit client information to Secure24 on their behalf. Clients are opted in by default and can opt out whenever they want.
Customizable - Inspectors have a few options for how to present the offer and funnel leads to Secure24
Portal-independent - The offer is communicated through verbal conversations at the inspection or via separate emails, not through the client portal
Paid out through Secure24 - Payments come directly from Secure24 and are not trackable through the Spectora dashboard
How does it work?
Inspectors with an active Secure24 integration can automatically or manually forward client leads to Secure24 when a report is published. Offer settings can be enabled on a service-level under Settings > Services + Fees. General integration settings - including the Secure24 email template and the option to disable the integration - are available under Settings > System Integrations > Secure24.
