When issues occur support is provided through our chat bubble which helps decrease transaction fees and wait times! Occasionally, there is an issue involving confidential information which requires direct contact between you and Stripe.
Contacting Stripe
When an issue come up, the first step is to write into our bubble to see what we can do on our end! If Stripe tells us that they will need to get in contact with you the way to do that is go to Settings > Payments > Payout settings > Log in to your Stripe Account!
From your Stripe Dashboard, click the Help icon (Question Mark within a Circle)
Next, click on Contact Stripe Express support to open a chat with them!
From there, you can connect with Stripe directly to ask questions and/or get assistance for issues involving sensitive or confidential information!
